This 30-minute Privacy and Dignity in Care eLearning Course is part of the Care Certificate and one of the 15 Standards that make up the full certificate. This course outlines and educates you in a similar way to a person-centred approach, however there is now a requirement for more emphasis on privacy of information whilst protecting the dignity of the individual, but also knowing the exemptions to confidentiality within a health and social care setting, giving you, the confidence and skill set to improve the wellbeing and standard of care of those you are responsible for.
